![]() ![]() ![]() If you ever do get good at Wizard, you'll see that the point of PoE is that you can go 10+ fights in a row and never need 1 spell from your spellbook. If you can't get past this mental hurdle, maybe it's just not a good match for you. Originally posted by Alrik:i really HATE the spell system, where you can cast spells only two or three times in combat or per rest. That's PoE. Also he attacks very fast so he dosent linger on 1 target to long (fast in few crits, next ) to get aggro and to get killed. My rouge sweeps the battlefield so fast with his invisibilty, backstab and assassination skills. I tank with eder, immobilize with aloth, buff/heal with durance and kill first priority targets with my rouge. My rouge went full crit and his damage is insane. Also with buffing and healing from durance it makes every fight so much easier to survive. Aloth is full cc and it makes fights sooooo much easier. He blocks the enemies if they are to many in every choke pioint while rest of my team dispatches every enemy. As for my companions, for example eder everything went in to defence when leveling him up. Picked a rogue and the start was tough thou i knew what was coming so it made it a bit easier. This time i knew what to expect planned my leveling path etc. Now on 2nd time i have made rouge on the path of the damned like with barb. Bad leveling of my char and bad planning, positioning during fights etc. Early game was horrid for me ( took berserk first try ). so i wasnt accustomed to this type of micro management. So i had few adjustment problems early on. i dont take difficulty modifiers for you die you restart at first run ). I had problems at the beggining too but i play my games hardest difficulty always in every game because when the game stops being challenging i get bored and dont finish it ( ofc. ![]()
